Dispatch Within 3 Days
In-stock orders are dispatched within 3 days after payment is confirmed. Dispatch is the time your parcel leaves us; it is not the delivery date.
International Delivery
We plan to use YunExpress for international shipments where the service is available. Delivery availability, shipping charges and estimated transit times depend on the destination and will be confirmed before you place an order. Dispatch within 3 days does not mean delivery within 3 days.
Tracking & Delivery Help
For tracking help, a delivery delay or an address correction, email us with your order number. Contact us as soon as possible if your address needs to change; changes may no longer be possible once a parcel is dispatched.
